This true restorative yoga class invites you to unwind fully using supportive props — bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and soothing sandbags that help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and encourage profound relaxation.

As you settle into each posture, you’ll be immersed in a live sound bath led by Rosie and Allison, featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes, flute, recorder, and guitar. The rich blend of vibration and stillness creates a meditative atmosphere that restores balance to body, mind, and spirit.
