About this Event
Join Lindsay Collins and Farhad Khan for an evening of restorative yoga and sound healing. Using healing sound frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs. Bathing in these healing vibrations will instantaneously alter your body’s biochemistry and bring your nervous system, muscle tone and organs into harmonic balance. Rest your entire being and restore your vital energy for deep healing and relaxation.
Like adjusting a piano, your body can be tuned to achieve optimal physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Every sound bath is unique and speaks to each person in an individual way. An amazing and unforgettable experience. Everybody is welcome to this calming and restful session.
