Friday Evening
- 4:00 pm – Arrival + Check-In:
Settle into your room, slip into comfy clothes, and exhale. - Welcome Social Reception:
Sip, snack, and mingle as you ease into the retreat experience and get to know fellow participants. - Evening Yin + Sound Journey:
A slow, grounding yin yoga practice paired with Bri’s sound immersion featuring bowls, chimes, gong, drums, and more. Expect deep release and a complete nervous system reset.
Saturday Morning /Mid Day
- Morning Yoga + Breathwork: Gentle movement, calming pranayama, and a guided yoga nidra to support deep rest and clarity.
- Breakfast at Turf Valley Resort:
A nourishing, relaxed morning meal. - Mid Day Sound & Journaling: Comfort your soul and clear your mind with this mid-day session to foster clarity and vitality.
- Afternoon Lunch at Turf Valley Resort: The perfect afternoon nourishment for your body, enjoyed in community with retreat participants to energize your soul.
Saturday Afternoon/Evening
- Spa Amenities All Day:
Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, relaxation lounge, and gym.
Quiet time for journaling, unwinding, or simply doing nothing. - Connection Dinner: Enjoy the uplifting energy of fellowship as we nourish together over a fabulous meal.
- Evening Sound and Yin Yoga: A deep wind down to integrate peace into life, post retreat.
- Retreat activities conclude at 9:00 pm:
Leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and completely renewed. We highly encourage you to book your room for Saturday night as well!

While we have some relaxing private spaces to make this weekend pure magic, the Resort and Spa is open to the public. If you would like to stay overnight or enjoy a spa treatment, you will need to book directly through Turf Valley. We highly encourage you to book a room for Fri & Sat, so you can truly shift into deep relaxation and reconnect to yourself.
