Rest Fest is your invitation to rest, recharge, and recover—not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and energetically. This is a celebration of returning to who you truly are, shedding the masks we wear to please others, and embracing the power of deep, rejuvenating rest.

We’re here to recover from the stress of hustle culture, the expectations placed on us, and the constant pressure to do more. We’ll laugh, move, and rest with no judgment, remembering that rest isn’t just a pause—it’s a reclaiming of our energy, our authenticity, and our power.

Rest is the foundation of healing, and when we give ourselves the gift of rest, we not only heal, but we also uncover our authentic selves, find clarity, and tap into our highest potential.

We’ll begin by welcoming you into the high-vibe Ascent space with beats, herbal mocktails from Lunaria Herbals, nourishing treats from Breathe & Bloom, and a chance to choose a bloom that speaks to you with Pualea. Take a moment at the Heart’s Desire Table to set your intention. Collect wellness swag as you mix & mingle! 🌸✨

CONNECT & SETTLE IN: check in, get your swag bag, hydrate, connect and settle in.

2:45 - 3:45 PM

HIGH VIBRATIONAL DANCE:

Gather in community for an opening affirmation circle with Amy & Angela.

• Move through a guided conscious dance warm up with Angela Clinton (Embody)
• Move deeper into your own rhythm as That Dana Game & Angela guide you through a journey of feeling emotions through high vibrational beats and primal sounds.
• Enjoy an electric, high-energetic dance climax before we begin to cool down and transition into stillness.

3:45 - 4:20 PM

THE REST:

After the dance, it’s time to pause and cool down with Yoga Nidra. Create your rest nest—choose to sit, recline, lie down, lounge, or make some other comfortable cooling shape—this is truly the yoga for everyone.

Yoga Nidra (guided meditative rest) will systematically guide you into deep relaxation, allowing your body to balance, recharge, and reconnect with your authentic self. This practice is an all-in-one solution for mind, body, and soul—a chance for deep healing, rewiring unwanted habits, super brain learning mode, manifestation, FLOW STATE of mind and reprogramming with your chosen intention.

20 minutes = 2 hours of deep healing sleep 💫

After Party:

Hang with us for the after party, where we flow from rest to connection, experience community vibes, and celebrate the new energy you’ve cultivated. Whether you choose to climb, connect, just be, journal, doodle or simply enjoy the good vibes, this is a time to reflect and savor your newfound energetic reset.
