Rest as Liberatory Practice is an offering focused on rest and wellness for BIPOC nonprofit leaders in Pierce County hosted by Collective Liberation in Practice.
Take a step into deepening your rest practice and join us to:
- Learn about the work of the BIPOC ED Coalition and upcoming rest opportunities
- Discuss cultivating a culture of rest, wellness, and collective liberation
- Receive acuwellness, foot baths, and herbal tea offerings from local practitioners of Flor y Ser
- Share a nourishing meal
- Embody liberation through somatic dance and movement
