Say yes to you and welcome in an hour of calm with a relaxation sound bath as you lay back and let yourself soften listening to the soothing sounds of the Himalyan sound bowls.

Date: Tuesday 12th November
Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Parking: You can park for free for 2 hours in the Reigate Morrisons car park (RH2 7BA) which is a few mintues walk from the venue. Parking is also availble on the high street and at Bell Street car park (RH2 7AN). Please ensure you check the parking terms to avoid a parking fine!
What to bring: Mats will be provided for you to lie on, but please do bring your own if you prefer or to use as extra layered comfort. Please bring a pillow and blanket to make yourself super comy and cosy for your time in the class. Some water or your preferred still drink for after.
What to wear: Your fave comfies that you can relax in, you're welcome to come fresh faced and ready for bed!
What is a Sound bath?
Sound baths soothe the mind, body & soul by guiding you to a state of deep relaxation in a more timely manner than traditional meditation. The combination of sound frequencies from the Tibetan bowls and other instruments, take you on a soundscape journey of relaxation.

What happens at a sound bath?
Your sound bath experience starts with you getting comfortable lying on the floor. All that’s needed from you is a willingness to be there and be open to the sound. The session will start with a short guided relaxation to settle you into your space, before welcoming in the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowls.
