This day is all about soothing our often over-stimulated nervous system and about finding practical, supportive and nurturing ways to help you release stress and tension from your nervous system.
We will start with some breathwork and gentle movement followed by some information about how the nervous system works and how it can sometimes get stuck in 'on' mode.
We will then explore different methods of grounding and soothing the body and mind using methods that include:
Breathing practices
Acupressure and soothing self-massage
Aromatherapy
Yin Yoga
Sound therapy, and
Reiki
Support your nervous system to pause, reset and recharge
A beautiful treat to yourself.
A delicious vegetarian or vegan lunch plus tea and snacks will be
