Take a moment to focus on your wellbeing and treat yourself to our new ‘Rest & Restore’ day at Truro Cathedral in the stunning St Luke's room in the grounds of Truro cathedral. A day of well-being to prepare you for the busy week ahead. During the session we will take it slowly to learn how to stretch with maximum benefit, zone into a gorgeous relaxation session and enjoy some singing to round up the day. Remember this day is for you to feel grounded, rested and most of all relaxed. There will also be a healthy lunch provided on the day to help make you feel MindFIT inside and out.
