Brought to you by The Wellness Hub MCR, this gentle Rest & Restore session is open to all and designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully unwind.
Join Carly for a calming restorative yoga practice paired with a guided meditation. This session focuses on rest, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation, making it ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, tired, or in need of quiet time.
We will finish the session with a comforting cup of rose tea and lemon balm, supporting relaxation and gentle restoration.
Yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks are all provided. You simply need to arrive, get comfortable, and rest.

No yoga experience is required.
