This wellness experience is designed to provide a nurturing space for you to discover a deep sense of rest and restore your mind, body, and soul to balance through a variety of modalities including breathwork, acupuncture, and sound healing with high-vibrational Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® made with only the highest grade pure quartz crystal and the finest gemstones, earth substances, minerals, and precious metals.

Iza Louise Ballesteros is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Meditation Guide. As the Co-Founder of Sound & Stone Collective, she is committed to providing you with premium quality tools and profoundly transformative experiences to support your evolution and elevate your life. As a Crystal Tones® Partner, Iza specializes in high-vibrational Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® made with only the highest grade pure quartz crystal and the finest gemstones, earth substances, minerals, and precious metals. While sharing her passion for mindfulness, holistic health, and well-being, Iza is deeply devoted to her mission of empowering you to embody your most vibrant self so that you can thrive and live with purpose.
Christina Nguyen is a second generation Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who specializes in Traditional Chinese medicine, women’s health, infertility, cosmetic acupuncture, pain management, and mental health. With over 13 years of experience, her treatments focus on realigning the body and soul by uncovering the root cause of illness. Christina has a passion for fertility, implementing over thousands of fertility protocols both natural and assisted via IVF and IUI. She uses many modalities to achieve success for her patients including herbal formulas, diet and lifestyle changes, cupping, cranial sacral, and electro-acupuncture to create individualized protocols to support each patient’s needs.
