Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a form of non-movement, profoundly relaxing yoga for the mind. This guided meditation promotes deep physical rest while keeping the mind alert, allowing you to achieve greater self-awareness and foster positive life changes.
Sound Journey - Allowing for deeper healing and freedom, we will journey into the sacred vibrations of the Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Tones and more.
Simply lay back, relax & follow my guidance.
