Yoga Nidra, aka Yogic Sleep is a NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) Practice; A transcendent state of relaxation that goes beyond ordinary rest.
This is a guided meditation guiding the body into deep sleep and encouraging the mind to remain awake.
It is in this quiet space that the nervous system receives the rest and reset it needs, and offers you the opportunity to travel through a portal to inner wisdom ——a sacred meeting place of stillness and intuition, where profound healing and insights can naturally unfold.
