Rest & Reset: A Trauma-Informed Reiki Circle

Start your year off gently, with tools to ground you in the now.
Join this small 6-person (plus host) event where you will learn to find and move stagnant energies within your body that keep you stuck or feeling on repeat.
This session will include a 15-minute settling period where you can help yourself to Reiki-infused tea and get comfortable in a seated floor position within a circle of other women who want to calm, ground, and find peace. Here, you can sit quietly and take a moment to reflect on what you would like to receive.
The 60-minute session will include tools and techniques for finding peace within your body and mind after experiencing emotional trauma, as well as a 15-minute Reiki-infused meditation.
You deserve kindness and calm. I am happy to bring that to you in this session.

$25 per person, with the option to pay it forward to someone who needs this type of work but has difficulty paying.
Pay-it-forward tickets are $15. These tickets will be given to women on a waiting list.

At-the-door pricing is $35. At the door tickets are not guaranteed to be available, as space is limited to 6 people.
What to bring:
Seat cushions or folded blankets will be available. Please bring your own meditation pillow if you have one.
This is a floor-seating gathering; however, if you have difficulty sitting on the floor, some chairs are available.
Optional items to bring: A blanket for warmth, water for drinking (tea is provided), and a personal item or trinket that helps you feel safe, such as a crystal or other small item.
Dress comfortable and in layers as the heat fluctuates in my suite.
Location and Parking:

There is an open parking lot at the front of the building.
Arrival:
ARRIVE EARLY, between 8:40 am and 8:55 am. DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 8:59am, and the session will start promptly at 9:00 am. Early arrival ensures everyone is fully settled and has a quiet moment to reflect before we begin.
My studio is located on the lower level. The door will be open. The name on the door is RISE ANEW.
There will be space in the entry area for shoes and coats. If you bring personal belongings, you may keep them with you in the meditation room or leave them outside. While I believe everyone attending is safe and respectful, I cannot be held liable for any missing items.
A restroom is available on the first level. When you enter the building, turn left down the hall to the end, turn right, and just before the stairs, the restroom is on the right.
