Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the peaceful surroundings of Menlha's beautiful meditation room during our monthly mini-retreats.Everything has been arranged for you to rest your mind and reflect on positive thoughts.
During these Saturdays, you will be gently guided in two meditations that heal our past, our body and our mind. Each month we change the focus of our reflections - from simple breathing meditations to healing our body meditations, to contemplations on cherishing others more deeply.
