An Evening of Group Reiki & Energetic Healing
You’re invited into a quiet, intentional evening created to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle integration. Rest & Receive is a spacious gathering where nothing is asked of you—no meditation to follow, no ceremony to participate in. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be present.
The evening is held primarily through gentle, non-invasive group Reiki, offering subtle yet powerful energetic support that helps the body soften and the system settle. This style of Reiki works holistically, allowing healing to unfold on physical, emotional, and energetic levels in a way that feels safe, steady, and attuned to each individual’s needs.
In addition to Reiki, Sunny works as a channel and may naturally receive intuitive or spirit-led messages for those present. These messages are not guaranteed or directed on demand, but may arise organically during the session. When they do, Sunny will share them as they come through, offering insight, reflection, or resonance for individuals or the group as a whole—always with respect, care, and discernment.
Sunny Jeffries is a professional medium and Reiki practitioner who holds grounded, respectful spaces rooted in clarity, safety, and compassion. Her calm, intentional presence creates an environment where participants can relax, feel supported, and receive exactly what is meant for them in the moment.
