Rest & Restore Workshop🗓 Thursday 15th January
🕡 6.30 – 8.30pm
If life has felt busy, overwhelming or your body is carrying tension, this evening is an invitation to slow right down.
This Rest & Restore workshop is a deeply nurturing practice designed to calm the nervous system, release held tension and bring you back into balance.
We’ll move gently through:
✨ Somatic movement – to softly unwind stress and reconnect with your body
✨ Yin yoga – slow, grounding poses to ease the fascia and quiet the mind
✨ Restorative yoga – fully supported shapes to encourage deep rest and healing
✨ Yoga Nidra – guided rest to soothe the nervous system and invite profound relaxation
When we allow the body to truly rest, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s natural rest and digest state. This helps to reduce stress, improve sleep, calm anxiety, and support overall wellbeing.
You’ll leave feeling softer, calmer, more grounded and deeply rested, with a sense of ease in both body and mind.
A beautiful way to pause, reset and nourish yourself this January.
