We’re reaching out with heartfelt gratitude to you our cherished past attendees of our well-being sessions at beautiful Whalley Abbey.

As part of our community well-being win for our Fearless Heart Project. You’ll be gently guided through a mindfulness practices to ground your body and mind, followed by a soothing ocean drum sound bath, evoking the rhythm and ebb of the tide to wash away tension and invite calm. The Ancient great hall will be lit by candles. We will walk by the river and enjoy the ruins 🙏🏻🕯️
You will receive a beautiful lunch as part of the day 🍰☕️ 🙏🏻🕯️
