We invite you to join us in the historic grounds of Shaw House to enjoy a healing sound bath with instructor Veronika.Appreciate the present moment with southing sounds that will provide a grounding and relaxing afternoon.
This will be an outdoor event, lasting approximately 1.5hrs, so please bring with you a yoga mat and warm, comfortable clothes. Should there be poor weather conditions the class will be moved indoors.
PLEASE NOTE:
This session is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, tinnitus or sound sensitive conditions, pregnancy (1st trimester) and anyone with metal plates in the body. Veronika will email you a medical form to be completed before the workshop. If you purchase a ticket for someone else please ensure you forward Veronika's email to them to complete.
