A full day of mindfulness based stress reduction, breathing practices, meditation, vinyasa and yin yoga, an afternoon workshop with a focus on the nervous system and feet! 👣 yes feet!
Magical castle grounds, cosy fire and time to unwind.
•We will explore vinyasa practise in morning, movement with breath , creating some heat, mobility practices, playful and mindful movement. Variations and props will be available.
• A delicious 3 course vegetarian lunch.
• A mindful walk in the grounds and time to explore the castle grounds and rose garden, or relax in the vaulted cellar with the fire on.
• workshop in the afternoon followed by yin yoga, a slow meditative practice, targeting the connective tissues of the body, keeping the body hydrated, improving range of motion with longer held postures.
•Guided meditation and sound bath to end.
