Held within the cosy container of Essence studio, we will explore:
?gentle movements that release tension
?soothing self-massage techniques to ease muscles
?downregulating breathwork to calm the nervous system
?Nidra (yogic sleep), a meditative practice, taken lying down,
aimed at inducing a state of profound relaxation and inner
awareness.
We’ll finish with tea and a tasty treat. This workshop is open to all, no matter what experience you have of yoga. Please get in touch if money is a barrier to you joining or if you have specific access requirements
