About this Event

Come be nurtured and explore new ways to take care of you! Self care is important to your health and well-being, and we want to support you. We'll be offering alternative choices for taking care of your head, heart, spirit, and body.

We'll have a variety mini self care experiences for you to nurture you, supporting you to rest and reset from the overwhelm, chaos, and stress of life and business. Some of our self care experiences include breathword exercises, somatic movement, receive a pep talk, a meditation and journaling area, tea and cookies, and more!

Our Rest and Reset: A Self Care Experience is brought to you by She Goes High. She Goes High is a community of introvert and neurodivergent women and nonbinary leaders in Northern Colorado. (The extroverts and neurotypicals show up anyway!) We help women and nonbinary leaders embrace confidence and dispel doubts, in a positive, authentic, and welcoming community.

At She Goes High you can ditch the elevator pitch- we want to know who you are, not just what you do. We support each other to grow personally and professionally. We are women and nonbinary leaders rising together!
