About KJ
Kyra (KJ) has over 400 hours of training to share yoga from a trauma-conscious and social justice lens. Just as yoga supports her own wellbeing and spiritual activism, her goal is to support others wherever they are on their own wellness journey by sharing the ancient, transformational practices of meditation, breathwork, asana, and philosophy to bring more ease and care into our daily lives to be the change we wish to see in the world. After 5+ years of prolonged burnout from all areas of life (relationship, work, family, and lifestyle), she implemented the sustainable tools of yoga to support herself through trauma, physical injuries, and grief. Kyra facilitates community gatherings focusing on applying the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga for sustainable nervous system regulation and trauma healing, boosting creativity, and inspiring social change. She believes that in the face of change, burnout, and collective trauma, yoga can be a powerful tool that all people should have access to.
