About this Event
You’ll be guided through a gentle sequence of embodied movement and simple breath practices to help regulate the nervous system, followed by a long, supported rest with guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra). The evening also includes soothing live sound with voice and guitar, alongside Reiki offered within the space.
Most of the session will be done lying down or seated comfortably. You don’t need any prior experience with yoga or meditation, and everything is optional, you’re encouraged to listen to your body and rest as needed.
This is not a workout or a talking circle. It’s a chance to deeply rest, unwind, and leave feeling more grounded and replenished.
What to bring:
– Comfortable clothing and extra layers
– A yoga mat if you have one
– A blanket and a pillow
