Make sure to enter through the stairs to the left of GoDance entrance. We’ll be in the dance studio upstairs. We use the tools of gentle stretching, yin yoga while we meditate & use somatic movement to guide you back to your body. Leaving you feeling grateful for your breath & existence in this body while you’re in it.

• Class starts promptly at 6pm so please arrive at least 5 minutes beforehand to grab a spot & get situated before we begin class.
