Broker training covers leadership, items to consider when starting a brokerage, and SD License Law. This course, along with two years of active experience, allows a Broker Associate licensee to request a Broker license.

There will be a final test accessed online.

As vaccines have been available, we do not require masks or social distancing. Please do not attend in person if you feel ill or have recently been exposed.

Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. All remote access fees waived.
