Navigating services for yourself or a loved one with a disability or other complex conditions can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone.
This session is for individuals, families, and caregivers who may be new to the process or unsure where to start. We will walk through the basics of what Coordination of Community Services (CCS) and Support Planning Services (SPS) are, who qualifies, and how SCI can support you along the way.
Whether you are just starting to ask questions or have been navigating the system for a while, this is an opportunity to get real and helpful information in a welcoming space with no jargon and no pressure.
