This is an invitation to experience deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, and cultivate a heightened sense of well-being.
No prior experience is required; the sound bath embraces individuals of all backgrounds and familiarity levels with meditation or sound therapy. Come with an open heart and a willingness to embrace the transformative power of sound.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga, blanket and bolster. For extra comfort and relaxation bring an eye mask.
