This evening we work to see the truth about what stands in the way of you being able to be as one with your heart's desire.
This is work that I love, lead from my heart. It took me 58 years, almost dying, and a whole lot of cacao to connect to my heart. Please try to trust me when I say I understand if you think it is scary. I get it. Honest. I got you.

Who am I?
I am Anna. Ex-American gone native in Oslo over 30 years ago.
23 years ago, after 3 years on muiltiple SSRI's, I met a wall. It lead to Jungian shadow work, transpersonal inner journeys, the theory of morphogenic fields and transgenerational trauma as well as years of family constellation work, body work, Somatic Experiencing work (and so much more). My original trauma is bonding trauma. I have carried so many things for my ancestors, waiting to be freed through truth and have worked with generational genocides I can trace back to between 9000-10000 years. I love the hard work, even if it has been more than difficult.
