Renee Martinez is an artist, certified vinyasa yoga instructor, Reiki master, and the founder of WovenSmart. Drawing from her book, CreativeIQ, and her cross-disciplinary background, Renee’s sessions offer approachable tools for stress reduction, creative problem-solving, and building meaningful alignment between who you are and how you show up in work and life. Her style is grounded, thoughtful, and designed to make creativity and well-being accessible to everyone.
