A post-Valentine's Day sound bath to return to love within yourself...for those in partneships or on a self-love journey! (SUN 2/15 ONLY)
About this Event

💘 ✨This Valentine’s Day, don’t fall for the commercial myth that love is about overpriced chocolate and flowers.Real love begins when we stop abandoning ourselves and commit to honoring our true purpose. Before seeking love from others, we must remember who we are and where love truly lives—within.

🎶 Join this Sound Bath journey whether you’re on a self-love path or have been partnered for years. All of us need gentle reminders to cultivate love from the inside out before overextending ourselves to others. Allow soothing sound vibrations from Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Gong, Chimes, and Native American Flute to wash away stress and down-regulate your nervous system, guiding you into deep rest and remembrance.

This is for the sound bath on FEB 15th ONLY. Check the ticket section for a discount if you bring a friend or loved one!

🌀 What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a sonic journey into the theta brainwave state—the realm of deep relaxation, meditation, and profound rest.

✨ Using quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, sound baths support extended time in the parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) mode, encouraging cellular healing, emotional release, and inner peace.

🌿 Potential benefits include:
• Deep relaxation 😌
• Stress & anxiety relief 🕊️
• Pain relief
• Release of muscle tension & emotional blocks
• Improved circulation, digestion & focus
• Detoxification support
• Mind-Body-Spirit connection
• New insights, “downloads,” & revelations
• Activation of inner light ✨
…and more
