The Winter Solstice marks a time of stillness, introspection, and renewal. Through the power of sound, participants are guided on an inward journey to connect with their inner wisdom and set intentions for the season ahead. This event includes:
- Introduction & Guided Meditation: Begin with a grounding meditation to center your energy and prepare for the sound journey.
- Sound Bath Experience: Lay back and let the soothing vibrations of carefully tuned instruments carry you into a deep state of relaxation and renewal.
Please bring a yoga mat or inflateable sleeping pad, blanket, eye mask and anything to make yourself comfortable as you relax and rejuvenate in the sacred energy of the solstice.
