Resonance brings together sound, stillness, somatic movement, and healing arts to support grounding, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.

The retreat is open to anyone aged 18 and above who feels drawn to self-exploration, creativity, healing, and embodied presence. No prior experience in music, art, movement, or meditation is required. Whether you are new to healing practices or already on a personal growth journey, Resonance welcomes you as you are.
