Join Angela and Macarena (assisting)for the full moon in Pisces, with this rejuvenating reset of mind, body, and spirit. With the hustle, bustle, and stresses of our fast-paced lives, it is easy to get "out of tune." These 2 hours of nourishment will restore your energy, "attune" your frequency, and raise your vibration. You will be guided through a series of restorative postures, designed to release tension in both body and mind, while also receiving Reiki (an energetic healing modality). 2 teachers means extra hands-on assists and grounding vibrations, as we play instruments on and around your body. Class will then transition into an extra-long Sound Bath Savasana infused with Reiki to amplify healing energy and leave you feeling grounded, with a sense of resounding peace and calm. This class is suitable for all levels.
