About this Event
Join our engaging 2-hour interactive workshop on resolving conflict & finding solutions!
Whether you identify as neurodivergent yourself, have a neurodivergent partner, family member, or child, this workshop is designed to offer valuable insights and practical tools.
This workshop is led by experienced trainers who have been successfully using these tool in their personal lives for years, with one trainer bringing first-hand insight as an ADHD individual. Whilst we don’t claim to be perfect (just ask our own families and children), we’ve learned a lot along the way and are excited to share and discuss with you.
Our trainers, like our charity, are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for everyone.
Some quotes from past attendees:
"the trainer was so nice and personable and it was great that there was no judgement"
"a very informative course, thank you"
"we are lucky to have had this resource for free!"
We'll discuss tips and strategies for understanding where conflict can arise from, how neurodiversity can shape our relationship needs, tips on dealing with conflict and learn how to use solution focused conversations to help us improve our connections.
Living in a neurodiverse household can be challenging—we get it because we experience it firsthand. We're here to share practical tips that can help make life a little easier.
