RESOLVE - ALBUQUERQUE, NM IN-PERSON EVENT!
In Resolve’s 7-Hour Boundaries & Bystander Intervention, participants will practice setting boundaries and intervening to help others through role play with trained instructors.
Participants learn to:
● Recognize when their boundaries are being crossed
● Set boundaries with people they know, including other staff, colleagues and clients (this includes customized scenarios)
● Speak up on behalf of others/bystander intervention
● Respond effectively to offensive, inappropriate and dangerous behaviors
● De-escalate conflicts
● Regulate in moments of stress, as well as work through freeze/fight/flight responses
