Hosted inside Sakana Poke & Soirée—your neighborhood spot for premium poke and coffee culture—this event blends wellness, creativity, and practical intention-setting.

Throughout the event, guests are invited to explore interactive vendor booths, and short-form experiences that support rest, clarity, and sustainable success.

You’ll have access to local professionals and brands offering:

• Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement demos
• Mental health and emotional wellness resources
• Life coaching and goal-alignment conversations

In addition, the event will feature one to two keynote speakers offering grounded perspectives on goal-setting, rest, wellness, and building a life that doesn’t require constant overexertion to move forward.

Guests are encouraged to move through the space at their own pace—connecting, participating, or simply taking it in.
