Resolute: Yoga for Goal Setting Workshopwith Rachel Blackwelder at URU Yoga

Grab your journal and join us as we use the energy of the first new moon of the year to manifest our New Year's resolutions. After a moon and manifestation themed asana practice, we will use breathwork and meditation to mentally and spiritually prepare for building our goals into an actionable vision for the year. Adults and ages 12 and up are welcome, with at least an introductory level recommended for this mixed level class. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes with layers for warmth, and participants should exhibit a fair amount of capability getting into and maintaining a seated position with minimal modification, although ample props are available to make this easy seat as comfortable as possible.
The goal coaching session paves an individualized path forward built upon a foundation of S.M.A.R.T. goals, with tips on how to walk this pathway with confidence. We welcome you to bring a notebook or journal, with whatever planning supplies make you excited to tackle your goals, or small ritual items selected to boost spiritual connection during our moving meditation.

There is a three person minimum attendance policy. In the event that the attendance is not met within 2 hours of start time, the event will be cancelled and refunds will be given.
