Lee Dennis is the CEO & Founder of Cal’s Hope, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in Mount Holly Springs, PA, focusing on providing scholarships to those pursuing education and training in the mental health field, providing resources to individuals and families impacted by suicide, and dismantling the stigma surrounding the discussion of mental illness.

Certified as a Family Group Facilitator, Mr. Dennis holds monthly meetings for families surviving loss by suicide, is affiliated with the PULSE Taskforce - preventing unnecessary loss through suicide education, holding multiple awareness events annually.  In addition, Lee is a certified QPR trainer, providing gatekeeper training to others - Question, Persuade, Refer.

Lee recently published a book detailing his journey of trials, tragedies, and triumphs entitled “Surviving Loss: My Journey of Hope.”  This literary work addresses the impact suicide has had on his life, his personal resilience, and what has lead him to creating Cal’s Hope.  Speaking to someone about personal traumas and adversities is not a sign of weakness, but when focusing on the benefits, leads to a clear sign of strength and resilience.

Mr. Lee Dennis happily married his beautiful wife and best friend, residing in Boiling Springs, PA.  Lee spends his down time fly fishing for trout in local area streams, custom woodworking, and growing the reach and resources of Cal’s Hope.
