The Resilience Workshop is a program designed to arm you with evidence-based techniques to tackle stress and burnout straight away. This workshop is for anyone looking to build their resilience and regain control over their professional or personal lives.
Participants in this workshop will engage in the psychology of stress and burnout. You'll explore mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioural approaches, and lifestyle changes that promote recovery and prevent burnout. By the end of The Resilience Workshop, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies for managing stress and burnout and a renewed sense of hope for facing the stressors that life brings.
Facilitator David Thorpe (BPsychSc, MMgt, MBus) is an active practitioner and researcher in stress and burnout interventions that has helped people internationally build their resilience in these areas.
