About this Event

Ideal for anyone wanting to broaden their skills, whether for their current role or to strengthen their resume.

This science-backed, nationally-recognised certification is for anyone who wants to support others using proven, preventative tools.

Resilience is a capability we can all develop. It’s shaped by the brain, our daily habits, and how we respond to stress and uncertainty.

The Resilience First Aid Certification (RFA) by Driven equips people with preventive, science-based skills so they feel confident and supported well before pressure peaks.

This engaging 2-day certification is built on the Driven PR6 Resilience Model, grounded in neuroscience and behavioural research. It teaches practical, evidence-based skills you can use immediately, both for your own wellbeing and to confidently support others before issues escalate.

What You’ll Learn

Over two interactive days, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to:

  • Understand how resilience is built in the brain and nervous system
  • Use preventative tools to support mental wellbeing before a crisis point
  • Strengthen your own resilience across the six PR6 dimensions
  • Recognise early indicators of burnout, overwhelm and stress
  • Hold supportive conversations that build safety and trust
  • Coach others in micro-skills that improve composure, reasoning and emotional regulation
  • Apply practical strategies that increase cognitive clarity, collaboration and adaptability
  • Integrate simple evidence-based habits that support long-term wellbeing
  • Become certified as a Resilience First Aid Responder to support colleagues, clients or community members

Why This Training Stands Out

The RFA Certification blends:

  • Neuroscience explained in clear, practical language
  • Interactive learning, reflection and real-world application
  • Tools you can use immediately with individuals and teams
  • A structured model backed by research and used globally
  • A supportive, energising learning environment that people consistently describe as “transformational,” “clarifying,” and “the most practical wellbeing training I’ve done.”

You’ll leave with a toolkit you can use straight away and a deeper understanding of how resilience works at a human level.
