Acest atelier este o combinație unică de 5Rhythms® și Somatic Experiencing®, oferind o experiență electivă în cadrul curriculumului 5Rhythms.
5Rhythms servește drept bază pentru acest weekend. Dancing the Wave ne ajută să atingem o stare de echilibru și liniștește mintea. Pe tot parcursul weekendului, ne vom angaja în practici orientate spre corp din Somatic Experiencing, concepute pentru a atenua efectele traumei. Prin conectarea la simțul simțit, vom învăța să ne ascultăm corpurile și răspunsurile lor, promovând o conexiune mai profundă cu sistemul nostru nervos.
În plus față de sesiunile de grup, câțiva participanți vor avea ocazia să se angajeze în sesiuni individuale de Somatic Experiencing, grupul servind drept martori.
DESPRE 5RITMURI:
5Ritmuri® este o practică de mișcare dezvoltată de către Gabrielle Roth. Cinci ritmuri diferite sunt porți către ființa noastră interioară. Curgere, staccato, haos, liric și liniștit. 5Ritmuri este un instrument puternic pentru schimbare și pentru o bună sănătate fizică și emoțională.
DESPRE PROFESOR:
Ron Hagendoorn dansează de peste 24 de ani, dintre care 20 ani de practică 5Ritmuri®. Angajamentul său faţă de 5Ritmuri creşte pe măsură ce descoperă întreaga sferă de acţiune a acestei meditaţii prin mişcare. 5Ritmuri oferă un spaţiu atât luminii cât şi umbrei, ceea ce o face cea mai cuprinzătoare formă de dans pe care a întâlnit-o.
Ron Hagendoorn este profesor acreditat 5Rhythms și terapeut certificat în traume (Somatic Experiencing®). Modul său de predare este direct, inimos și echilibrat. El locuiește în
Olanda și predă la nivel internațional.
INFORMAŢII PRACTICE ŞI ÎNSCRIERE:
Nu este nevoie de experienţă anterioară cu cele 5Ritmuri.
Atelierul este ghidat în limba engleză. Dacă aveţi nevoie de traducere, contactaţi organizatoarea.
Zile/ ore:
Sâmbătă 22 noiembrie – de la 12:00 la 19:00
Duminică 23 noiembrie – de la 11:00 la 17:00

Preţuri pentru întreg atelierul = 185 €.
La înscriere se poate plăti și numai un avans nereturnabil, în valoare de 50 EUR / 250 lei, pentru rezervarea locului la atelier. Suma rămasă se va achita cu 2 săptămâni înainte de atelier.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is a unique combination of 5Rhythms® and Somatic Experiencing®, offering an elective experience within the 5Rhythms curriculum.
5Rhythms serves as the foundation for this weekend. Dancing the Wave helps us achieve a state of equilibrium and quiets the mind.
Throughout the weekend, we will engage in bodyoriented practices from Somatic Experiencing, designed to alleviate the effects of trauma. By tuning into our felt sense, we will learn to listen to our bodies and their responses, fostering a deeper
connection with our nervous system.
In addition to group sessions, a few participants will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one Somatic Experiencing sessions, with the group serving as witnesses.
ABOUT 5RHYTHMS:
5Rhythms® is a movement practice developed by Gabrielle Roth. Five different rhythms are gateways to our inner being. Flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. 5Rhythms is a powerful tool for change and good physical and emotional health.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Ron Hagendoorn is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher and a certified trauma therapist (Somatic Experiencing®). His way of teaching is direct, big hearted and well balanced. He lives in the
Netherlands and teaches internationally.
His commitment to 5Rhythms grows as he discovers the full scope of this movement meditation. 5Rhythms has space for shadow and light, which makes it the most comprehensive dance form he came across.

No previous experience in 5Rhythms is necessary for participation..

Price for the entire workshop = € 185.
Non-refundable advance for the workshop = 50 Euro/ 250 RON - to be paid at registration to secure the place. Remaining amount to be paid 2 weeks before the workshop.
