About this Event

Ever smile and nod while a contractor talks about “flashing,” “headers,” or “spalling,” hoping no one asks follow-up questions?
This class is your crash course in construction lingo, common repairs, and how houses actually stay standing. We will quickly walk through framing, foundations, roofing, plumbing, and electrical basics—without turning you into a general contractor. You’ll learn how to spot issues, ask the right questions, and guide clients with confidence. Packed with real-life examples, humor, and the occasional horror story, this class will make you the agent who knows what’s behind the drywall. Get your CE credit and become renovation-ready!
