About this Event

Women in midlife are the fastest-growing demographic in today’s workforce—but menopause symptoms are silently sidelining talent, costing U.S. companies over $1.8 billion in lost productivity each year.

The Reset The Menopause Leadership Series is a 6-week evidence-based professional development course for HR professionals, people managers, wellness teams, and DEI leaders ready to address one of the most urgent and under-supported workplace needs: menopause in the workplace.

Grounded in guidance from The Menopause Society and aligned with SHRM’s Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (BASK), this series reframes menopause as a leadership, retention, and culture-building opportunity.

Created by Darby Koller, a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and national speaker on women’s health in leadership, and supported by Dr. LeAnn DeHoff, PhD, LMHC, a licensed therapist and Menopause Society member, this program blends real-time symptom support with inclusive leadership strategy.

Why Now?

In July 2024, Rhode Island became the first state to mandate menopause accommodations in the workplace—equating menopause with pregnancy protections under labor law. This signals a coming wave of change in HR policy, compliance, and employee wellness expectations.

Reset meets this moment with a ready-to-implement framework that helps leaders:

  • Build inclusive, compliant, and empathetic cultures
  • Retain high-performing midlife professionals
  • Reduce absenteeism, presenteeism, and turnover risk
  • Shift menopause from a hidden liability to a measurable leadership asset

What’s Included:
  • Six 90-minute interactive sessions (in-person)
  • Curriculum aligned with The Menopause Society’s Making Menopause Work™ recommendations
  • HR-ready tools including symptom support trackers, policy checklists, and communication templates
  • Leadership development outcomes mapped to SHRM’s Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (BASK)
  • Emphasis on energy management, emotional regulation, workplace resilience, and team support
  • Certificate of Completion

Core Themes:
  • Menopause awareness as a leadership strategy
  • Legal compliance and HR navigation
  • Inclusive communication and stigma reduction
  • Brain fog, fatigue, and stress relief tools for professionals
