Reset the breath

January can be a time for people to reset and what better way than finishing off the month with a nourishing 90 minutes of conscious breathing and gentle movement to reset the nervous sysytem. No pressure, just breathe and enjoy the moment with like-minded people.

No experience needed with breath work or Yoga, accessable to beginners and the more experienced people in the space.

There will be light refreshments in the way of our winter warming drink and snacks at the end for anyone interested in staying for a hot brew and bite to eat!

There is some designated parking available at the venue, or free on-street parking on nearby roads such as Leicester Close.
