Join us at the beautiful indoor facility " Chapala Center"

• The morning will start with: Gentle Strength-Based Movement with Natalie Houlemard – Personal Trainer -Release tension and anxiety through guided strength-based movements to feel grounded and strong.
• Followed by: Breathwork & Mindset Practices with Miriam Cislo, LMFT – Intuitive, Business-Mindset Coach. Learn simple tools and techniques to use in daily practices and in your workouts to release anxiety, shift your mindset to attract aligned opportunities.
• We will close with a Sound Bath with Monica Sanchez- Sound Healer, Reike Master- Experience deep relaxation, raise your frequency and leave grounded, lighter, and energized.
