Join us for Reset Mindset, a comprehensive 45-day reset program launching January 15th of 2025, led by wellness advocates Ken Conte and Joy Childress. This fully supported program is designed to optimize your mental and physical health through an integrative approach that combines various transformative practices.

Throughout the 45 days, you’ll engage in a carefully curated blend of fasting to rejuvenate your body, movement to energize your spirit, and breathwork to center your mind. Each week, we’ll dive into yoga sessions that harmonize your body and soul, complemented by nutritional suggestions to fuel your journey. All in a supportive and committed environment.

We continue the journey with newfound challenges! Experience the powerful effects of cold and heat therapy to enhance recovery and resilience, along with sensory deprivation techniques that promote deep relaxation and introspection. Agenda
Week 1: Foundation for Change

Info: Start Date: Wednesday, January 15th
In-person session at Manic Training: Sauna, cold plunge, and kickoff meeting.
Focus: Fasting-mimicking reset, cold therapy, floating, yoga, and mindfulness practices.
Sunday January 19th group breathwork session at Manic Training followed by breaking of our fast and integration, intention setting.


Week 2: Building Momentum

Info: Start Date: Wednesday, January 22nd
In-person session at Manic Training, powered by Foundry Saunas: Sauna and cold therapy.
Focus: Transition to a whole foods diet, enhanced breathwork, and functional movement.


Week 3: Leveling Up

Info: Start Date: Wednesday January 29th
In-person group meeting at Manic Training: Progress check-in, contrast therapy, and accountability session.
Focus: Advanced cold therapy (3-minute showers, ice baths), yoga, and balanced nutrition.


Week 4: The Grind & Gratitude

Info: Start Date: Wednesday February 5th
In-person session at Manic Training, powered by Foundry Saunas: Sauna and cold therapy.
Focus: Deep breathwork techniques, mindfulness practices, and maintaining whole foods nutrition.


Week 5: Transformation & Reflection

Info: Start Date: Wednesday February 12th
In-person session at Manic Training, with a bonus session on February 26th: Sauna and cold therapy.
Focus: Micronutrient-rich meals, extended breath holds, and final cold therapy advancements.


Week 6: Bringing It All Together

Info: Start Date: Wednesday February 19th
In-person session at Manic Training on February 19th: Sauna and cold therapy.
Final Group Celebration on Sunday March 2nd: Breathwork, journaling, cacao potluck, and ecstatic dance.
Focus: Gratitude, integration of long-term habits, and celebrating your journey.
