Join us for a Reset in Nature Yoga Day Retreat at Tregarrick House, a luxury retreat venue located on Cornwall's South Coast. Surrounded by nature and direct water access, this retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The day will consist of a 30-minute guided mindfulness practice, a 1-hour vinyasa yoga mat-based class, a 1-hour yin class, lunch from Sabzi Falmouth, and a gentle guided walk to Point and back. There will also be time for relaxation and self-reflection.
