📍 Location: Sabai Studio, a cosy Pilates space in the heart of Altrincham
🛏️ Comfort: Thick mattresses and plush pillows will be provided. Feel free to bring your own blanket for added snugness!

We’ll begin our afternoon with gentle breathwork to ground ourselves. Then, let the harmonious sounds wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation and reflection. We’ll conclude the session with a calming Chinese tea ceremony, allowing you to savour the moment and connect with fellow participants in this peaceful setting.
