Offered in honor of Veterans DayMilitary service can take a lasting toll on both the mind and body. This special session is designed to support veterans with a gentle, accessible introduction to holistic tools for stress recovery and nervous system balance. We’ll begin with a brief educational segment on how chronic stress and trauma can affect the brain, breathing patterns, and overall health, often long after the triggering events have passed. You’ll then be guided through a trauma-informed somatic breathwork practice (Soma+IQ™ method) followed by a deeply restorative sound bath using healing and grounding frequencies. This class offers a safe space for you to reconnect with your body, release built-up tension, and experience calm from within without needing to “talk about it.” No prior experience needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, or whatever helps you feel supported. This session is designed to support veterans as well as active military personnel & their spouses
