All welcome to this 5 weeks of Kundalini Yoga classes for reset and renewal, suited to all levels of experience.
Each week be guided through Kundalini Yoga kriyas (exercise sets), breathing, relaxation and meditation.
Out of the hundreds of available kriyas and meditations, those in this course are selected with a focus on resetting and renewing:

The class is suitable for those new to Kundalini Yoga and those with experience alike.
Bring yoga mat, blanket for relaxation/meditation and water.
